Pisa Urban Lighting Pole ART-1914
The Pisa ART-1914 lights from a single full-height slot cut through one face of the column, not from a head on top. The aperture is set back inside the body, so the LED is never seen directly from the path and the light falls on the paving rather than at eye level. That is what lets a run of these line a garden route without the row of bright points that a conventional head produces. The body is cast in EN AC-46000 (AlSi9Cu3) aluminium, given a chromate pre-treatment and finished in electrostatic powder coating.
Height, section, aperture length and RAL colour are changed to project with no die cost and no minimum order. Only a change of form needs tooling: a new die is cut in four to six weeks, first delivery follows seven to nine weeks after drawing approval, and repeat orders on an existing die ship in three weeks.
Manufactured in Istanbul by Artay Lighting, casting aluminium in its own die-cast foundry since 1999. CE marked; manufacturing is certified to TSE under TS EN 40 for lighting columns and to ISO 9001 for quality management. Exported to more than 33 countries, also under OEM and private label agreements. The rest of the range is described in the guide to urban lighting poles. We do not make high-mast poles.
