What is a street light pole made of?

A street light pole from Artay is a hot-dip galvanized steel column, 4 to 8 metres tall in the standard range and up to 12 metres to order, supplied with its arms and LED luminaire. Artay has manufactured outdoor lighting in Istanbul since 1999, with its own die-casting foundry, and exports to more than 33 countries. The shaft and arms are steel pipe, hot-dip galvanized and then finished with electrostatic powder coating in any RAL colour. The galvanizing protects the steel; the powder coat gives the colour. Luminaire bodies are aluminium.

How tall can a street lighting pole be?

We do not make high-mast poles. Above 12 metres, a high-mast supplier is the right choice.

Which standard applies to street lighting poles?

Our lighting columns are certified to TSE under TS EN 40, the European standard series for lighting columns, and our quality management to ISO 9001. Products carry CE marking.

Can I change the height, arm or colour?
